They are not pushy or high pressure which every other company who quoted us for this particular job were. I have a glass/poly carbonate roof on my conservatory, can I change it to a tiled warm roof?Yes you can, the Leka tiled roof system is specifically designed to replace existing conservatory or orangery roof systems and weighs 19% less than the lightest certified systems on the market.

Do I get a guarantee with my new conservatory warm roof? If so, how long does this last and what is covered in the guarantee?Leka provide a 40-year product guarantee on our roofing systems as well as a 10 year installer guarantee. This covers you for all materials, construction and installation elements.

Typically, how long does it take to install a tiled conservatory warm roof?Typically, it would take 2 – 3 days to install a tiled roof for a standard sized 4m × 4m style conservatory.

Do I need to get planning permission to install a new conservatory tiled warm roof?Planning permission is generally not required to install a tiled roof and is normally covered under permitted development rules but don't worry we will guide you through every step of the process and in most cases take care of everything so that you don't have to.

Will it make the room darker if I have a tiled warm roof installed?There is a possibility that your room may be darker once you replace your existing roof with a solid orangery roof however if you choose to install one of our stunning fixed glass panels or Velux opening sky lights you can control how much light you want to let into your new space.
